Has anyone had experience with an Eric Lee from Sowae corporation? His listings were mostly on nystatemls but have begun creeping up on all the other major sites.
One of the properties he listed is NOT for sale according to the owner and I suspect that to be the case for many others.
His email auto responds with an automated message.

Watch out for the name Eric Lee as well as the company Sowae Corp and be careful not to do business with him or provide your personal information. As of today, May 19, 2024, he is advertising a single family house for sale in Rosedale (Queens), NY for $250k, while stating that it will be a short sale once a prospective buyer makes and offer that's accepted by the seller after providing proof of funds. I've received several call from prospective buyers asking for my help in seeing this home and stating that they sent him their personal documents after which their accounts were compromised. This listing is posted via NY State MLS #11234668 and shows up on Zillow as well as other online sites. I've reported it to MLS to have the listing permanently pulled as it's an erroneous/illegal listing.
He posted 2 fake listings in my county and never took my calls or replied my emails. Very frustrated.
He is a scam. He should be reported. Listing homes that are fake. Had similar situation when I responded to a short sale. Read other reviews from a few year ago on other sites from people who have tried to locate him. He is no where to be found it seems!

Where do you report an agent? Eric Lee is advertising an invalid short sale on my home. A lot of people are coming to the house . Now, on account of him ,my home was robbed, and vandalized while I was away for 2 days!!!

Sorry to hear your home was vandalized and that this person, Eric Lee, advertised it illegally. If you check the NYS Dept of Licensing website, no one is listed by the name Eric Lee as an Agent or Broker with the firm Sowae Corp https://appext20.dos.ny.gov/nydos/searchByName.do. You can report the illegal listing to Streeteasy/Zillow if it was on there by filling out their form at https://support.streeteasy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. I hope you reported it to the police, if not, you should file a police report and also install cameras because there's an influx of squatter's taking over people's properties recently.

Report him to your local licensing boards as well as make police reports, even if not a realtor he will get large fines and potentially criminal charges.

Hi all, I appreciate the information regarding this salesperson. There was a Levitt home that has been on the market for approximately 130 days and it might be the cheapest home I've ever seen listed by Sowae Corp. with Eric Lee as the salesperson. I had a lead inquire about this property and the listing already says multiple offers, but then 130 days on market so far. It didn't make much sense to me.

Hi Christine, what ever happened from reporting this salesperson to the MLS? I would like to see about this Levitt home and whether this listing is legitimate. Any suggestions?
