Can you share some of your numbers? I’m looking to partner up on a deal and have some funds ready to go If you’re interested.

@Cassidy Burns I noticed that in a few of your properties you were expecting a higher appraisal that what you actually received. What lessons have you learned about overestimating the appraisal value that would be useful for a newbie like myself to know before she jumps into her fist deal? Thanks!

@Account Closed Can you explain the process you use when selling to tenant buyers. I guess I'm not sure how this would be more profitable than a flip. Do you just buy homes at a discount and give them the option to buy at market price?

@Cassidy Burns this is awesome! Very motivational since I just recently discovered biggerpockets myself a few months ago. I would really appreciate some more detail on how you accomplished this. Best of luck on what looks like an incredible future!

@Kevin Romines Thank you very much for walking me through all the details and reasoning behind the landlord coverage. It was extremely useful. I will make sure to look at getting some umbrella coverage as well.

I know there are a couple of options you can add besides the liability and property coverage. Is it very common for landlords to purchase the rent guarantee option? Is the price worth the benefits?

I've recently began learning about rental property investments and am now starting to analyze deals . I am not exactly sure how much my insurance expenses would be. I know one of the recommendations is to get a quote from a local insurance agent. However before I go out and do that I wanted to get some clarification.

So my questions are:

1. What kind of insurance should I be looking at?

2. Is it different for single family versus multi-family?

3. Any other important things I should know?

Thanks!
