@Giuseppe Pavone I agree with you about Niagara Region.  There is undervaluation.  I am exploring the region, currently really taking a look at the Falls.  There is a very good opportunity but it is out of reach until I can figure some creative ideas or find investors.

I'm looking into developing a tiny home garden community here in Ontario, Canada.  I'm doing the research right now.

houses are pre fab.  Unless I add foundation it will be in on RV zoned lot.  Rent isn't established yet.  I am still researching the various canadian mini home builders.  I'm looking to stay as green ad possible with this development 

I want to start a development plan for a mini home condo but I do not know where to start.  I have gone to the Niagara Region website and emailed the land development department but I would also love some insight, feedback and help from the community here.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

@Karen Margrave Thank you for the advice, I appreciate your input.  There is definitely a lot to learn in the industry.

I am located in Niagara Falls, Ontario and I see many opportunities in the area for investment.  I am looking to speak with people that are interested in starting a conversation about the opportunities, and ideas that I have.
