Hi Everyone, 

I am a recent college graduate with a degree in accounting and currently pursuing my CPA. I have been listening to the podcast for over a year now and have read a few books. Rich Dad Poor Dad, Millionaire  Real Estate Investor, Hold, and Landlording on Auto Pilot.

I live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and just purchased my first deal. (A Single family home that has an in law arrangement in the basement. I purchased this as my first home to live in but I am thinking more and more into renting it out).
