I’ve been told to look for market indicators when looking for places where to invest. My question is how do I pick a target market (state, county, city, or town) to analyze? Thanks,
Mario

I’ve read to only do deals in which the numbers work when I hire everything out. (Maintenance, Repairs, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping, ect.) When evaluating a property, how do I determine when the numbers are strong enough and everything is outsourced for the deal to work and be profitable?
