@Brad Uhlig thanks for posting about this. I love the Arvada area and currently live there. Do you mind if I ask how much you're expecting in rent for each unit? Also- are these 2/1s? What is the sq footage?

Do you mind answering a few questions as I'm sure other inquiring minds may want to know :)

- How did you find the property (MLS, wholesale, etc.?)

- How much did you pay for the property? Were you able to negotiate the initial purchase price?

- Any financing or was it a cash purchase?

- Did the rehab alone take 12 weeks or did the eviction process push it out to 12 weeks?
