Need quick advice.

I’m workin on my first deal ever! And I found a motivated seller on Craigslist who is lookin to sell his property really quick. The seller is wanting $109,500 however after contacting him, he’s yet to send me the exact location so I can run comps to see what the house is worth. Any ideas on what the next steps should be!

@Adam Mitchell if I may ask, how do you generate your leads? And what methods do you do to execute on them? Im really interested in getting into this game. I understand it takes consistency and hard work, any advice you can give a rook would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽

What’s Up @Ray Mitchell, I’m new to the game just as well looking to wholesale properties and then dab into flipping houses. There’s great amount of information here on Bigger Pockets as well as use YouTube/Google man.

As I’m learning wholesaling, I’ve seen on some forums about checking your state to see what rules you need to follow.

With that being said, I’m from Rock Rock Texas and wondering if anyone can explain if there are any rules to follow in the wholesaling process?
