Thanks all for your input. You gave me some ideas and things to research. I was able to get a clearer picture of the potential in my area. What I think we’re going to do is use one of our properties as an experiment the next time it opens up. Thanks again!

Should I list my 3/1 SFR on Airbnb even though it's not a vacation destination?

Located in NW Ohio (Lima). Likely tenants would be workers on temp assignments at some of the large factories in the area.

I’m hearing from other LLs that they’re making money doing it, although I haven’t seen their books. So I’m still suspicious.

What are some adjustments I should make when running the numbers? For example, higher vacancy rate. What else should I be considering? Any books or others resources out there about this particular topic?
