My partners and I are going to Houston from February 20th - 21st then driving to Austin on the 21st late night and will be in Austin until the 23rd.

Hey guys I am having our monthly meet-up at the Rockwell in Los Feliz.

Entrance is in the alleyway behind US Bank/ Starbucks.

NOTE* There will be happy hour that ends at 7pm. They will have specials for crafted cocktails, beer, wine, and appetizers. Please help support our local venue by purchasing a food, drinks or both =)

This meet-up will be casual for the most part. I set up this meet-up to connect like minded people to network and connect to potentially partner up/ create deals.

@Kim Snyder - I would definitely speak to a lender but I am sure you can pull a line of credit, depending on how much your rehab cost would be.

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know a private lender/hard money loan that can help finance just the construction portion of a project in Los Angeles? Not sure if anyone out there is able to help with this scenario.

Scenario: Purchased the single family home (through conventional financing), tear it down, and build a brand new triplex.

I want to see if we are able to go this route rather than get a hard money loan with both acquisition/construction.
