My wife Kristen and I would love to meet up somewhere in Mooresville and chat about real estate.

We have a busy schedule with four teenagers, but could definitely find a morning or evening once a month to get together.

We are in! How about the first Friday of every month somewhere like Hickory Tavern on 150 or Barcelona downtown?

My wife and a friend of mine are looking for some buy and hold properties in the Lake Norman, North Carolina area (from Huntersville to Mooresville) and are having a hard time finding and that hit the 1% rule.

Actually, most just hit the .7% plateau. While I realize this isn’t the only thing that makes a property desirable, I’d love to see JUST ONE hit that mark.

Is anyone finding any of these?

I’m looking for a form that we can provide to prospective contractors and handy men that they can submit their bids on to us for work.

I’d love something that is itemized and detailed like Jay Scott outlines in his book.

Does anyone have one they use?
