@Jason D. and @Rex Celle ok I get it! So the way I was going to use the LLC was going to be in "replace" of my actual name. But since I really don't have to use an LLC I can just my name in the "Buyer" section of the contract. Right? Because I did hear of flippable LLC meaning they're just temporary for short sales. And when you complete everything with the buyer it jus disappear?

@Jason D. even if it's just a flippable LLC? I still wouldn't need it? And I can just make the deal with out an LLC in general?

I'm unsure if I should go and get my LLC first or find a seller first. I don't want to have an LLC sittin atound with no seller but I don't want a seller and I have no LLC.

I'm unsure if I should get the LLC first or find a seller first. I believe the reason I'm stuck is because I feel once I get the LLC I won't find a buyer. Or if I find the buyer first then I'll have to rush to get the LLC. Or maybe I'm making excuses......??
