Dose anyone know where I can get a heloc on a investment property? Most local banks and credit unions have told me they will only do first Lean on a rental.

@Bjorn Ahlblad thank you! Do you recommend any books or podcasts on the underwriting process?

@Taylor L. I'm not sure all the terms just yet. They want me to sign a NDA before they share any financial info.(is this normal?) They did say they are open to some seller financing. Not sure how much.

I did a house hack deal a few years ago and now I want to scale. I've been looking for a few months and haven't been able to find anything that stands out. Recently I stumbled upon a small portfolio for sale. It is 3 duplexes and 2 single family homes. Am I crazy for wanting to buy it and scale that fast? Should I just keep looking for another single small multi family and do one place at a time? My ultimate goal is to reach financial independence in the next 6yrs or less.
