@Christopher Slowey it really is fascinating how many out of state and country owners there seem to be in Cleveland.
Do you PM any properties that Antoine Martel’s clients are flipping?
Thanks
Erica
Who is Antoine Martel? I know, well I thought I did all the real " players" in Cleveland.
He is a national Syndicator. If you have instagram just type in his name and you can check his profile.
Albany seems like a great cashflow market. What areas/neighborhoods would guys recommend?

Hey Ruben, are you using the rental calculator here on BP? Just plug in the numbers are you will get a better idea of the situation. If you have an expected ROI (return on investment) using the calculator helps to steer you in the right direction. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hello Alyssa, the best tenant I ever had was a section 8 tenant. To Elliot’s point I screened her just like any other tenant and I attributed that to the good experience.
Hey Brandon, I’m located in Essex County and I use the rent estimator on BP. You could also cross reference your findings with Facebook market place, Zillow and Craigslist just to name a few. I hope that helps.
Have you looked into private/hard money lenders?
@Charles Rada I’m currently searching in my local market of Essex county primarily East Orange, West Orange and parts of Irvington but I haven’t found anything as of yet. I’m marketing direct to seller so that is a work in process. I too also considered Cleveland OH for cashflow but my concern is a constant high turnover with tenants in “C” class areas.
@Charles Rada Hello Chuck, fellow investor and Jersey resident here. I’m also considering out of state as well. Have you nailed down a market yet?

Hello BP Community,
I'm in search of an attorney who is familiar with wholesale transactions for a couple of deals that I have in the pipeline. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.
Looking for an A+ property manager in Albany/Schenectady NY. I’m currently evaluating property and would like to have management vetted and in place once I acquire something. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
