Hi Garrett,

Are you still having these meetings? I'm new to bigger pockets and real estate investing. I've been listening to podcasts, reading books and trying to learn as much as possible. I'm looking to buy my first property this year.

Thank you,

Mark

@Guy Yoes Thank you Guy. I will consider looking at glenpool more when doing my analysis. Do you have mainly single family homes?

Hello Bigger pockets! I'm just starting out and I have been analyzing properties in the Tulsa area. I live in Tulsa and would like to start investing in rentals this year. What is the best area around Tulsa to start investing? I see many cheap houses in the Sapulpa and Sand Springs area but it looks like the property value is declining in those areas. I know the Owasso and Bixby suburbs are growing but the houses are more expensive for someone just starting out. It also seems there are a lot of rentals in Broken Arrow right now. I've been running numbers on single family and duplexes. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
