Hi everyone! So I have been reading a lot about wholesaling and trying to get as much information as possible before I dive and I have a question? Once you have a house under contact, you then need to find a cash buyer to sell/assign the house to, correct? Let's say worse case scenario, you're unsuccessful at finding a buyer? What happens next?

Robbie Reutzel Yes! You're absolutely right. I am broke and my credit is not in the best shape! I am looking to build wealth and eventually leave my job. I am leaning towards wholesaling since I gather that it doesn't require money upfront and no credit needed, but I am finding that wholesalers tend to have a bad rep. But I know that also depends on the wholesalers personally and I would probably have to work 100 times harder to distance myself from that stereotype.
