My goal is to be over 5 million in net worth. I just want to own some apartments and be able to put that passive income to the side for my wife’s student loans, as well as, my kids when I have them. After than whatever I get, recycle that income and give back to my community.

Thank you! I was just looking for a book for wholesaling. Where would I find buyers? Would I be too ahead of myself trying to establish a list then learning?

@Bonnie Jones

Thank you so much for that advice. It is a little nerve wrecking because I just keep thinking there’s no way it’s this simple. I’m starting to see it is pretty simple as long as you understand how to break down the numbers, which I don’t. I would love to connect and pick your brain on wholesaling though

I am just starting out. No previous investing or over the shoulder training. I was wondering, what steps I would need to take to get into wholesaling? I understand the general idea, but it seems a little too easy, which means Im probably misinformed. I'd love any and all advice.

This thread has been so informing. I live in Camarillo and thinking about diving into wholesaling. I dont know much but reading different threads has been slightly helpful. I still feel like I need to work with someone with experience and do the leg work for them to get a hands on experience. @Noah Howells Good luck eith everything!
