Post: Listsource giving bank owned properties

I bought a list of 500 absentee owner leads from Listsource to try it out.  When I pulled the report of bank owned REOs, all 500 came up as being bank owned.  I've read so much about REOs being more complicated and would really like a straightforward deal for my first deal.  Is there a way to exclude bank owned leads in Listsource?  I did exclude trustee-owned when I searched.

I am ready to start investing in marketing materials for my business and I’m wondering about business cards; what exactly should a new wholesaler put on business cards? Should I make a general card with just my business/contact information? Or should I include a specific job title so that other investors know what I do? I was thinking I should get a few different cards for different crowds, i.e. one for other investors at meet ups, one for potential sales leads, etc. Any suggestions or advice? Thank you

With all of the many CRMs out there to choose from, I’m looking for some feedback on which are the favorites. I’d prefer one that’s all inclusive or offers the most complete features to work my business as efficiently as possible.
