Hi All - I am evaluating a deal (5.8 acres of land with a motel + restaurant on the land) but want to understand options for adding new microhomes on the land after purchase.  I'm heading to the planning Dept this Friday to get more information.  Any tips on what I should be asking them outside of whether I can add microhomes, possibly an event space?

Hi All - I've been using PropStream to look for pre-foreclosure / bank owned properties.  Does anyone know who I would need to reach out to if the owner of the home is the city?  (The home is listed under the "bank owned" properties and the owner listed is the city)

@Kushal Lala hi- I have a CO LLC. Which states are you looking to set up an LLC in? I think the process differs state by state.
