There is a stay at home order, but the Lakewood police still had to break up three gatherings. I don't think Lakewood got the memo to stay at home.

I can't find anyone who wants to work, and my house has been vacant for 4 weeks so it's safe. Can't find a kitchen. I need a kitchen. I had check in hand for a kitchen install and POOF.....dead in the water.

@Vaughn Smith Well, kind of. I know there are temporary measures due to the virus, but this is pre-virus regulation changes, if any.
I'm considering holding a 1st position note. In the past I used to have a deed-in-lieu prepared in advance at closing should a default occur. It avoids the foreclosure process.
But that was 20 years ago. I was told by a real estate professional that NJ no longer allows that.

Does anyone know if recent changes in the New Jersey Statutes include the elimination of DEED-IN-LIEU as a viable option for new mortgage notes, when the note is in default?
Thanks in advance

To determine if it's a fair price, gather at LEAST two other estimates
