Hello Everyone, I'm a new wholesaler and have recently got a deal in Fairfield County Ct. The only issue is that I do not have an attorney that is licensed in Connecticut to do the closing for me. I was hoping if anyone knows of a reliable Real Estate Lawyer that will do double closings and knowledgable of this for investors. I could really use some help any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ehsan,

I started to do that only the cost is outside of my budget for now. The door knocking takes a bit of courage but no pain no gain, lol. You guys are awesome, thanks for the encouraging words.

@ Ryan, yes that is a great idea. I was networking a great deal when I first started and it has been fruitful to say the least. I haven't in some time but I will be getting back to doing it again.

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated.

@ Michael Quarles,

Thanks so much for the encouraging words, it's really needed at this point. I filtered my list to 3/2 1500 sq ft and min. equity of 30%. It's here in New York just north of the city. The postcards used are professionally made which I realize is not really necessary. I do drive for deals as well.  I'm just starting out and do realize it doesn't happen overnight. Being patient is the hardest part I guess you can say. In the meantime I'll keep at it with resilience. Where's the best places online to find sellers is my biggest concern right now? I'm on Craigslist as well.

Thanks again,

Martin

I've sent over 200 postcards through REIPRO to both preforeclosures and absentee owners and have not received one response. Total crickets...  $60 spent each time..  Stale listings I suppose?
