I think its more important than ever to get into real estate. The cash flow from rentals is critical to future success when your unsure of what the economy is going to look like with Covid/new election etc.
You can still find deals that cash flow 200 a door. I think buying multi is a good plan.
We do a ton of marketing and get a lot of deals and cant close on them all. I think we have a few that would interest you. Feel free to reach out.
