@Joe S. I’m looking for a title company to help with the contract assignments or even an abc close. Most title companies don’t do them or have no idea about them. Depending on their knowledge of investment banking.

So, I’m looking for a good title company that works with Real estate Investors. Does anybody have some recommendations?

So, I’m new to the whole investment part of real estate and real estate in general. I’m starting off on the wholesale side and working my way up to buying apartment complexes. I’m just wondering if there is ever any real estate meeting in San Antonio?
