Hi. I know several agents in the NYC area. Are you looking to work mostly Brooklyn? Queens? Manhattan? Flexible?

Yes, I am flexible.  It is really about partnering with the right person.  Open to ideas.

My license expired years ago. I plan to get it again as another source of income, while I earn some money for investing, and build some relationships.

I'm interested in sales, development, and property management. If you are open to answering a few questions or pointing me in the right direction, much appreciated. I'm also willing to help with any sales, marketing needs you may have.

Please reach out.

Coworking is probably the closest someone is going to get to buy/hold in Brooklyn, NY the way prices are going up.

I'd like to talk to someone about the ins/outs of financing a coworking space in Brooklyn, and how to sweeten the deal for an investor. I have a written plan and possible repayment schedule, and I'd like some feedback.

FYI - rent for a typical cowork space in Brooklyn is about $4k/mo.

I've written several blogs on here about the whole idea, and I just want to get started! Especially, with a good investor, who doesn't want to get his/her hands dirty, but wants some rent money.

I'm part of a homebuyer program and don't want to be tied down to a 1 year lease. However, I can't stay where I am. Where can I find property owners who want to sublet their place for the winter? I can do some cleaning and property management. I prefer Brooklyn - Canarsie, Flatlands, Flatbush, but open to other areas. I can stay as little as needed ,1-6 months. Multifamily with owner not there, but wants maybe airbnb downstairs managed ideal. Open to ideas.

If it is a 2 family you can do airbnb in NYC.  More than that is an issue.

The MDL does not prohibit:

  • hosted short-term rentals—rentals where the human host is present in the unit—provided that the guest has access to all parts of the apartment or other dwelling unit
  • short-term rentals, whether hosted or not, in “private dwellings”—one-and two-family homes, or
  • rentals of longer than 30 days.
  • However, all such rentals could violate various other laws.

Houston is bouncing back.  Lots of fear out there means great opportunity.  Especially in rental income/buy/hold.  People are displaced and need to rent. Banks wants foreclosures and whatnot off their hands asap. Buy/hold now.

They want to check my personal credit to see what I can get for business credit.  I dont want to get another inquiry on my credit profile.  Its already pretty beaten up.  Has anyone worked with them? Is it worth it?
