I'm just starting as a wholesaler - trying to figure out if this is good enough to send out to the small buyers list I've built. Located in Rhode Island.

Are there any people in North Maine who are buying businesses and real estate?

Maybe you know of some people who are?

I'm in Bangor monthly and points north every 6 weeks or so.  Coffee or Lunch on me.

Can anyone provide a referral for a local resource who can help me acquire a house hack relo to Portland?   

Anywhere east of Franklin St.  Fourplex + desired.  Needs: at least one 3 bed unit, 2 parking spots

Cosmetics/minor repairs OK. 

Approved for up to 1.2m in conventional financing
