@Account Closed yes, I think that as long as you've been somewhat conservative with your ARV (rounding down) and with your rehab estimates (rounding up), there is enough room in the deal for someone to make money rehabbing it. There's not a ton though, so if you need to add your wholesale fee on top of that purchase price then I wouldn't be too aggressive with that.
