I am excited to see her ! I love her show!

She will be at the Fresno, Ca  Home show (The show is three days starting this Friday 6th) ONLY on Saturday the 7th at 2:00 and Sunday the 8th at 1:00.

According to the fresnoshows.com site there will be a meet and greet for one hour after!

I think it will be a great time!

I just love Bigger Pockets! There is always interesting reading here and the support is unbelievabe! 

I was curious if you remembered the color you used for paint. And it looks like you painted the paneling. Did the paneling have to be primed first? And great job on that bathtub! What did you used to get those stains out?

@Manolo D.  That would be great provided we had the property and funding! I dont think we could sell each as its one piece of land. And we couldn't split it. 

Our plan was to build a 2bd home over a two car garage to save space. And build a 3 bd in front. But the bank rejected the offer.

Well they rejected the offer. Going to keep an eye on it. Curious to see if it does sell and for how much. We offered 17900 and its listed for 85000.

@Laura A. I know its been a while, but how did this pan out? I am facing a similar situation. How to calculate offer based on teardown and rebuild.

I am interested in plans a well, esp for homes between 800 to 1100 sq ft. 

@Satha Palani  did you go through with the contract? I am in a similar situation with a property priced at appraisal, but both houses are condemned. I made the offer on basically the land. Im waiting to hear back.

@Kelly R. thanks for your response! There was existing power to the house. It was disconnected in 2012 due to non payment. The breaker box is all broken and there is no meter. Luckily pg&e said once the breaker is replaced and inspected they will return power at no cost. That was a relief!

Trying not to get too freaked out. But the best way to learn is by doing....and there is so much to learn! 

If offer is accepted we have a 15 day close. We are also looking into the 203 loan program.  Also discussing our roles and how we will each pay and/or disburse the funds if we do sell. It is my boyfriend and i partnering on this.
