Hi there! I'm Mary. I'm interested in connecting with other STR entrepreneurs in Henderson and the Las Vegas area. I've done short, mid, and long-term rentals, and I'm always looking to connect and meet new people.

If you're interested in connecting, please feel free to send me a direct message. I'm always happy to chat

Hi Noah,

I am glad to hear you are interested in getting started in real estate investing. I am also an investor, agent, and current business student at UNLV in my 3rd year. I'd love to connect and meet up once you get in the area! Feel free to reach out anytime.

Hi Gabriel,

I'm an agent and investor in Las Vegas as well. There is a meetup in our area, I've never been but it's hosted by someone here on BP and I'm attending for the first time at the end of the month. If you are interested in going, I'd love to connect!

I'm excited to hear that you're interested in becoming an investor! It's a great career path, and it can be very rewarding. I am an agent and investor myself. Here are a few pieces of advice I have.

I see you are already learning and doing your research. That would be my number one. The more you know, the better equipped you'll be to make smarter decisions.

Number two would be to find an agent that specializes in investing. A good agent can help find the right properties for your goals and budget. They can also help you analyze deals and run numbers.

Number three is to ensure you have a solid foundation and plan when buying your first property.

And last but not least. Don't be afraid to make mistakes or don't stress out too much when challenges come up. Take every challenge or loss as an opportunity to learn and grow. Everything is a win if you can do that.

LLC vs Sole Proprietorship, which one do you feel is better for someone just staring out? Is it really necessary? How does it effect taxes?
