Thanks for reaching out! We are in the process of getting pre approved for financing. Once we have a clearer picture of what our budget will be moving forward, I may reach out to pick your brain a bit about the RVA market. Portugal is still on the horizon but we really want to get our first investment property here in the states before we make the big move!

Im new to BP and wanted to introduce myself. I'm Mateo Way and I am new to real estate investing. Im currently working towards getting into my first house hack in the Richmond, VA area at the end of the year. My wife and I have dreams of moving and investing in real estate in Portugal and wonder if any of you fine folks may be in Portugal to help relay some information about the market and potentially shed some light on the "Golden Visa" I keep reading about.
