Hello curious how much average unit turn costs are. One of my units needs complete turn, new kitchen, bathroom it’s a one bedroom around 700 sq ft.

I have a unit that needs a complete unit turn. A new kitchen/bath and living areas touched up. It is around 800 sq ft, I have one bid for over $20k but that seems very high. If anyone knows or recommends a good contractor in the area of south Chicago I would appreciate it.
