Hello all,
Has anyone had any success in owning a seasonal rental property? If so, where is the property located and how do you advertise?
Thanks!

Hi Karin,
Thanks for the welcome. I have been tempted to do a flip, but I usually end up scaring myself out of it. How did the basic run down of the process go for you? What was your time frame and how much did you actually make?
There is a pretty run down property on squire street in New London. I was tempted to put in an offer, but I have been in it a few times and I have a hard time estimating how much it is all going to cost.

Thanks for the info Mehran. Retiring in soon would be nice. How many properties do you plan on having in order to retire in 4 years? How long has it taken you?

Hello Everyone,
My name is Mat O'Grady and I live in North Stonington, CT. I teach math at East Lyme High School and I like to eat pizza.
I recently (February) purchased a four family in New London,CT and I have been renting it out. It has been working well and I figured it would be a good time to try to use the cash flow to my advantage. I am looking to purchase more multi-family properties with a goal to retire on the cash flow.
Has anyone on here been able to get enough cash flow from rentals to retire?
I look forward to learning the ways...
