Hey Brock

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll definitely give that a read

One of my main hurtles is the Fiancing

When you take money from the investors and offer them the Yearly return plus selling benifits it could take a year or two to get property up to speed and performing. In that time how do you pay the investors? Just from other income you bring in?

Then also do you tell the investors that they are not allowed to cash out and take money for a certain period of time for example 5yrs or in the event of sale?

Thanks man I appreciate the help!

Hi everyone!

Im a local Indy investor with my own Real Estate company. My company has grown from just a PM company to now Construction and Broker services. Almost every step of the process I have in-house now. I'm starting to Look down the road of how to grow more with my own portfolio along with investors and I want to get into larger multifamily deals. To do this would mean creating a syndication fund to invest in local multifamily deals. Does anyone have experience they can share or basics about the process they can share?

Also always open to connecting feel free to reach out!

Thanks so much for the help!

-Matt

I have experience with Appfolio and building. However, with my PM company and investments I chose Doorloop. Super user-friendly software and the support is excellent.
