I'm curious how this is going. I'm interested in SFR in Houston. I must be looking in the wrong areas. I don't see how to make the numbers work.

Thanks @J. Martin for sharing. This is definitely inspiring. Without bigger pockets I've stepped up and done my first three flips and my first lease. I'm looking forward to finding the right partners in Houston through BP. Keep building. With any luck, I'll find my next 10 deals through BP!

 If you get deals under contract, I'm interested in buying in the Houston area. I'm a private investor. We're looking for properties to buy and rehab in Houston.

@Rakesh Reddy and @Daniel Hsieh,  I can't attend the next one, but there's a houston meet-up on may 21. Good luck! I like your goals. If you find deals that aren't right for you, keep me in mind. We buy in Southwest Houston and are always looking for opportunities.

We're seeing the same thing. I'm interested in properties to rehab if you can find them at the right price. I've only been working the MLS. I don't really want to put in all the work a wholesaler would do. If you have anything out there that we can pick up, we can close in days.

I started flipping and picked up my first rental last year. I need to find a new accountant. I'm looking for someone in Houston, TX. Preferably someone on the West Side.
