Hey everyone! Are there any real estate groups/meet-ups that are still meeting currently?
With many places being closed or having limited indoor options, I am sure it is more difficult to get groups together. Would love to meet more of you that are active and investing in San Antonio!

"In the rankings, Orlando and Portland are in the top 10 for the first time. Indianapolis, Tampa and San Antonio appear on the list for the first time based on growth dynamics, cost and quality of living factors. Dallas and Houston moved down.
The goal is to help real estate investors, policymakers and local governments understand which geographic areas and job categories will play the largest role in economic growth in the coming decades."

Exciting news for “Military City USA”. Black Rifle Coffee Company, a veteran-owned coffee company, is opening a second coffee shop at 281/Bitters sometime in August. The first location is in Boerne. A past study by Zillow found new coffee shops (they used SBUX and Dunkin in the study) to have a positive impact to property values in the area surrounding new coffee shops.
“Shane Baker, director of retail for the brand, said the company hopes to open next in Alamo Ranch.”
