I have multiple 25k unsecured personal lines of credit that I haven't tapped into yet. Since they're already established with my banks, can I advance all 25k from all LOC's or will they stop loaning to me? Probably a silly question but just wanna make sure!

Can somebody please reiterate to me how short term capitol gains are taxed? Specifically with flipping. There seems to be a lot of confusion on this subject with Investors that and it's often overlooked in a Deal Analysis.

@Ty Downing I'm curious as to how your 50k LOC panned out with NFCU? I recently formed my LLC, am a Veteran and have been shopping around for LOC start up capitol. Is there a minimum number of years that they require your business to be established? Thanks!
