Hello, financial independence is becoming more relevant in my life is something that I strive for. I also want to put my money into causes that teach financial independence. Does anyone know of any charities that teach people about financial independence in the NJ area?

This is going to be my first post ever on Bigger Pockets and I'm excited to get started. So I'm thinking about purchasing a duplex or triplex at the end of next year ideally in Cherry Hill, NJ. Has anyone here ever owned a duplex or triplex in Cherry Hill and do you have any tips?
