Hello,

This is going to be my first post ever on Bigger Pockets and I'm excited to get started. So I'm thinking about purchasing a duplex or triplex at the end of next year ideally in Cherry Hill, NJ. Has anyone here ever owned a duplex or triplex in Cherry Hill and do you have any tips?
