@Ayen Lee its really not that hard. I recommend calling Ryan Holford with CMG Financial, he's been doing Heloc for years. If he cant do it, he can at least  tell you who can.

@Benjamin Chadwick have you considered a first position heloc? You might be able to get interest only payments, which would maintain your cash flow and give you the ability to pull out up to 75% of the value as you need it.

@Hugo Garcia no. FHA requires the home to be purchased with the intention of it being owner occupied for at least a year. So you cannot buy two at the same time.

@Roberto Westerband I ran the numbers on my personal property and my payoff was 10 years. I also ran the numbers on my mothers home and her payoff is 4 years. I have only found HELOC on primary homes. If used properly they are amazing loans to cut the total interest cost.
