Taiwan Semiconductor is making a $40 billion investment into North Phoenix. It’s the largest in the state’s history and one of the largest in the country ever. Does anyone see a potential real estate play in this area? It’s 30 minutes north of the city and will be producing thousands of high paying jobs and lots more investments from other corporate partners. Any thoughts? It’s 2-4 years away from being operational.

Taiwan Semiconductor is making a $40 Billion investment in North Phoenix. It’s the largest investment in the state ever and will attract lots of jobs and further infrastructure and investment. Does anyone believe there is a real estate play on this? All the jobs will be high paying technology and manufacturing jobs. Do you see the area increasing over the years due to this massive investment? The plants are expected to be functioning by 2026/2027.

@JD Gunter Hi JD I'm looking to buy a long term buy and hold SFR rental Colorado Springs. Surprise like many many others! Right?! Anyhow is the market still a place where cash flow is possible. Certainly Colorado Springs has plenty of publicity and homes are at a all time high. I'm seeing SFR 2 or 3 bedrooms renting for about 1700-2100? Thoughts please. Looking to make my first rental property investment in Aurora Colorado. Particularly within 5 miles of the set of hospitals off road 70. Does anyone have experience in this area.
