Taiwan Semiconductor is making a $40 billion investment into North Phoenix. It’s the largest in the state’s history and one of the largest in the country ever. Does anyone see a potential real estate play in this area? It’s 30 minutes north of the city and will be producing thousands of high paying jobs and lots more investments from other corporate partners. Any thoughts? It’s 2-4 years away from being operational.

Taiwan Semiconductor is making a $40 Billion investment in North Phoenix. It’s the largest investment in the state ever and will attract lots of jobs and further infrastructure and investment. Does anyone believe there is a real estate play on this? All the jobs will be high paying technology and manufacturing jobs. Do you see the area increasing over the years due to this massive investment? The plants are expected to be functioning by 2026/2027.

@Adrienne Green Hi I’d love to chat if you have some time about Rental Properties.

Thank you

Matt

@Joshua Roberts Hi Josh, I'm similar to many looking to buy a SFR rental in CO Springs that can cash flow. My question is, is that still available? Prices have increased significantly over the past few years. I'm not located in the area but would appreciate your thoughts!

Thx u!

Matt

@JD Gunter Hi JD I'm looking to buy a long term buy and hold SFR rental Colorado Springs. Surprise like many many others! Right?! Anyhow is the market still a place where cash flow is possible. Certainly Colorado Springs has plenty of publicity and homes are at a all time high. I'm seeing SFR 2 or 3 bedrooms renting for about 1700-2100? Thoughts please. My wife and I are located in Los Angeles. Thx u!

@Michael Balcom what are rentals going for on comparable homes of the same price and size? Congrats on the awesome deal! I’m looking to do my first long term single family rental!

Looking to make my first rental property investment in Aurora Colorado. Particularly within 5 miles of the set of hospitals off road 70. Does anyone have experience in this area. Would appreciate hearing your thoughts on cap rates, clientele, location etc. I’m located in California and have my eye on the Aurora market for a long term Single family home rental. Thx u!!
