Best/easiest/more convenient way to get divorce lists?

In your opinion what is the best site to use to purchase probate leads? I'm talking with Datamark in New York and not getting the best warm fuzzy feeling yet.

Meant to say "subpar". Actually from my experience charging a % of gross rent is fairly common here. Feel free to shop around.

Wow, there are many subpart PM companies that may charge rates like that, but I would never recommend one because they wouldn't be good at actually doing all the tasks they should.
