How much would you pay your real estate agent for CMAs? Just trying to get a fair price and see what everyone opinions are.

In Arizona at least, you can go to the county assessor's site and get a lot of that information (sale date, price, sf of bldg & land), if you don't mind doing the work. Of course it is easier to do a search through the MLS, but just an option. Also, I know Matt (above) and he is a good broker willing to help.

I mean if I pay them a fee for every CMA I don't think they would get bored though because it is easy money in my opinion. Is there a way to get access to my MLS? I live in Arizona and that is all I need before I get started.

That is something you will be doing a lot. I would find a way to get access to your local MLS as a real estate professional. You will be looking at it a lot, and it's worth any fees associated with it to get that updated data. Besides, Realtors are going to quickly get bored of you if you're asking them for comps all of the time unless you are using them to close your deals on a regular basis.
