@Jonathan M. Welcome to the area! I can also vouch for Title Guaranty and Trust downtown, nearly everyone in my brokerage has been using them for years and I have never heard of an issue. If you need anything else I'd love to be your boots on the ground in Chattanooga. I am an active agent and I know the area very well, including block by block knowledge of the famed Highland Park area that is booming right now.

@Joseph Bass welcome to the hustle! Always great to meet another real estate enthusiast in our area. If you ever need the services of an agent or would like to get signed up for MLS alerts let me know. There aren't a lot of deals posted to MLS these days but it's very helpful to see them as soon as it's listed. I've got a growing network of investor friendly professionals that covers nearly every facet of the business so don't hesitate to call if you need anything. Good luck!

@Ryan Paltridge I'd be a great tool in your Chattanooga toolkit. I can be boots on the ground, a set of eyes, or whatever else you may need. I am very familiar with the area and have access to even more expertise if needed. Please feel to reach out if you need anything.

@Brett Cafferty Welcome fellow BP newcomer, glad you decided to start this journey! I've lived in/around the Nashville area for years so if you have any questions about the area I'll do my best to answer them.

@Jeffrey Holst Dually noted, I wasn't aware of this! It looks like there hasn't been a post related to a meetup since November. Is that right? Thanks for your reply.
