well first of all you are correct I have not done my first deal yet and that is why I am on here. My business model and strategy is to connect with the people that have the big money to the people that need the money to do house flipping by and holding or rehabbing eventually I would like to have my hand into all types of investing including commercial in the long run but for this month in this year simply want to concentrate on a wholesale deal. I already have a house that at the end of March is needing to be sold and this particular person is wanting to have me help them sell their house and so I'm doing whatever I can now to learn all that I can and run the numbers and use the calculators and see if I can pull this off I just like anybody I have to find the people who have the money first and this particular property I have two options I would like to go for option A is to find the money so I can buy this house and hold on to it myself and use it as a rental or my family will move in it is a turnkey property but we could probably do something to it to make it better and resell it after 2 years.
