Yes doing 4 now in the Houston area.  Only 1 is from a wholesaler though as most don't work for our numbers.

@Doug Carroll not sure if its different in the midwest vs down here in Houston, but we pay 3 points and 12.5% interest on our flips (we could get it a bit cheaper in the future)
