Hey Guys! 

This is my first investment property and I desperately need help interpreting this inspection report. The moisture/mold issues are particularly concerning to me. However, I'm not really sure which is a REAL issue. The inspection period ends tomorrow.

I don't know your whole scenario regarding your credit or income. However, "house hacking" is always a great (arguably the best) option to start!
