I'm in London and have a few student rentals (by Fanshawe), a fourplex downtown, and am just closing on a triplex in old east.

If you ever want to bounce an idea off me, have any questions, or just want to meet up -feel free to reach out. It'd be great to have another young landlord in London in my network.

Question for London Landlords with Student rentals - any recommendations on insurance companies that will insure student rentals? (I've only found a handful, and the cost are substantial compared to what I pay for non-student properties). Currently paying 150-200/mo insurance for properties by Fanshawe with values of 200-250K (5 students pr house).
