Vee,
It was nice meeting you at the first meeting. Are you planning on another for Feb?
Thank you for your reply. I actually tried to take this down but they will not let me. Even though I did not mean to post it yet (there is no body to the post only a subject) and I made a typo in the subject. So it is embarassing all around, oh well, onward and upward!
I want to build up to having buy and hold properties over time leading to finacial freedom. Currently I have no experince and need to raise extra funds to finance my first purchase. I have started the process of wholesaling to learn more while doing so. I have set up a joint venture with a local wholesaler who is helpng me learn the basics and holding my hand along the way and have worked for some out of state wholesalers doing boots on the ground work for them locally as well.
My favorite thing to do is to travel to new places.I am a good networker and have done so locally but this forum allows us to reach out across the world. I am not that great at online communication so I am trying to grow. I do not mind making the calls and doing the research needed for deals but at this point I have no gauge to see what the numbers look like for a deal to develop.
Please let me know if this answers your questions or not. I am here to drink from the firehose until I can figure out what cup to use!
I have the same problem, the ones I can get ahold of are specific for models other than mine so far. The only advice I get is to talk to a lawyer. Overall I have found people that I have reached out to for help to be very giving, but this is not something shared freely. It seems that legal fees will just be a cost of doing business earlier in my venture than planned.

I am a new investor looking to colaborate with remote and local investors in the central Arkansas market (where I am located). If there is a need for someone to work with you concerning pictures/videos, running documents, in person meetings, etc... Please reach out to me directly. I am looking forward to working with you on your next deal!
Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

I am not a big time property manager, but I know the area and some property owners in the area pretty well. That would not be out of range for me to work with you depending on what you are needing. Please feel free to reach out directly and I might be of some assistance.
Post: Only half of wholesale contracts are done by professionals

I am not sure what the OP was looking for but I know that as a new person learning about investing and wholesale deals, I am trying to find legal contracts that I can have without having to hire a lawer to reinvent the wheel for me. I know things are state specific though. Are there any ideas of where to get a generic legal state specific contract for a wholesale deal?

@Justin Lee Taylor gotcha, I was just curious! I actually live in Little Rock but this was the only post I've seen regarding meet-ups in central Arkansas recently. Just FYI, they have an Arkansas REI meeting today in Little Rock if you're interested.
I know this is a few months late, but, where in Little Rock? I saw one a while back but never saw the info on when and where meetings were.
I am located in Arkansas but am wanting to expand into the TN market as well. What would be the best way to connect? I am new here and I read above that you can not share contact info on the reply...
