We’re a Nashville-area real estate investment team buying land for prefab/manufactured home projects.
Looking for independent “scouts” or bird dogs to help us find vacant parcels that meet our criteria in Middle Tennessee.
Pay:

$1,500 for each piece of land we purchase that you sourced & sent our way

Bonuses up to $950 for perc test, survey, utility confirmation, and quick turnaround

Total possible per parcel: $2,450
Buy Box (Quick Version):

0.5–5 acres (ideal 0.75–3 acres)

Zoned/unrestricted for manufactured or modular homes

No HOA bans, no floodplain, public road frontage

Power at/near road; public water or feasible well site

Price ≤ $50k/acre

Counties: Dickson, Maury, Hickman, Humphreys, Perry, Lewis, Cheatham, Lawrence, Bedford, Giles, Wayne, Marshall + rural edges nearby
