Brandon Hamlin I have had pretty good luck here in the Denver, CO market using craigslist. Feel free to 'steal' my ad! [REMOVED]

I'm wondering what everyone out there does to find vacant properties other than driving and bird dogs. Thanks!

Thanks, Simon.

Would you suggest finding a developer and trying to flip it to them or something different?

That's my hope. I just need to find a developer and there's not much motivation on the sellers part.

I could use some quick help. Took a phone call today that I got from a postcard that I sent out. Turns out that the property is basically land. 3 old (1940's) cabins on it with no bathrooms. Owner says that the county wants to put condos/townhomes or commercial buildings up on the land. It didn't seem that the seller is that motivated. Wants to sell this property and the condo that they are living in and build a house for he and his wife.

Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks.
