Hello Joe They are rental homes that I have . I am trying to finish some Rehabe and repairs to them . I had a bad accident in April that ate up the cash I had set to the side - My goal is to do the repairs and then refinancing the mortgages to pay the hard money or bridge loan back . Yes the properties are in Danville Virginia Thanks Matty

Does any one know where I can find a private mortgage lender ? I am in need of some one willing to lend for a pice of property in Virginia 30 acres zoned A-1 . I am also looking for a loan of $75k to finish repairs on 4 rental homes - both loans will be secured by liens on the properties
