Residential is what I'm trying to sell. 

A realtor trying to find some people ready to buy or sell a house, flipping houses is something i want to do too one i get enough money to do it.

I work with a team and we are getting some leads from internet but all the leads that i had till now are not serious,  they don't have credit and no money. And I can't pick up a serious buyer from my open houses either

I started in real estate few months ago. I haven't been able to find serious buyers or investors till now. Any advice?
